We are a fully Irish owned, family run business in operation over 48 years.


Founded in 1973, the company has grown year on year, with the continuous development of new products, materials and processes.

IRELANDS FIRST WINDOW EPD

In order to assure our customers of the sustainability of our products we have started to publish EPDs for our products.

An EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is a standardised report which publishes data about the environmental impacts of a product over its lifetime. This data provides construction industry professionals with a transparent source allowing the comparison of different products under a common set of environmental performance indicators.

One of the first EPDs published by the Irish Green Building Council was for the Munster Joinery Passiv uPVC window. The EPD process allows Munster Joinery to measure its performance and set goals in regard to sustainability while demonstrating our commitment to reducing carbon emissions.

We now have developed 7 EPDs as listed by the Irish Green Building Council

We offer 8 windows which have been certified as Passive House suitable components by the Passive House Institiute – the German based certification body for Passive Housing globally.
